UPCOMING SHOWS:

Aphrodite:
As well as the reinvention of Cirque Oré’s pre-established shows, we are working on a variety of new and exciting concepts we hope will revolutionize the world of artistic circus performance. Oat the top of this list is our three act homage to love and magic through a telling of Aphrodite’s life (the goddess of love and desire).
With a blend of music, dialogue, dancing and a variety of high caliber acrobatics we tell the story of love’s creation, it’s evolution and its ultimate downfall into the world of conditional affection and jealousy. With magical elements, and a pool of characters and resources from Greek mythology, the show combines elements of multimedia, with theatrical performances, and Cirque quality spectacles that are as essential to the story as they are a feast for the senses.
Aphrodite is more than a story about love or about a goddess. It is about the human condition – an ever-changing set of rules and priorities that serve little more than instant gratification. But then there are those moments of pure genius and love, when we transcend our petty nature and do something remarkable to show the world that love and magic are still here, and still very much essential to our lives. As essential as air – it sometimes seems.

Imaginair II:
In the Sequel to our first international show, Imaginair II tells the story of a small girl who is awaken by her dreams to show her how a life of television and text messaging have wilted all of the imagination in her mind and teach her to rekindle and reconnect with the dreams she has created. Guided by a phantom voice named HELLO and a super hero clown called Laugho who can only communicate through laughter, she rediscovers the beautiful and endlessly entertaining world that lives inside her own mind. With the use of holograms, acrobatics and actual dialogue, Imaginair II is a family show about the importance of imagination and the dangers of losing it, told through music, holographic imagery, acrobatics and magic.

LEAP OF FAITH: AN URBAN CIRCUS
This is a performance piece geared towards young adults and mature audiences. Scored with original music from R&B, Hip Hop and Rap performers as well as Set Designed by top Graffiti artists from both NYC and L.A., we plan on revolutionizing the urban scene by combining break dancing with Parkour acrobatics from Russia and France. Casual and fast paced, this new form of street stunts is sweeping the world and is easily translated into the world of Cirque. Working with talented and undiscovered young acrobats from around Europe, this show promises to be not only a breakthrough combination of multimedia, urban culture, and street performances but it also serves as an amazing showcase for new talent in the music world as well as the art and underground acrobatic world as well. Anyway: an Urban Circus will focus on the struggle of living below the line and how being in a dangerous situation can also by the motivational springboard for flight and escape.

REAL LIFE:
By combining the unique talents of each of our artists, we create practical uses for them in real life situations. The story revolves around a small town where everyday activities like grocery shopping, dodging someone on the street, climbing a tree, etc. are performed through amazing performances and comedy routines. By placing these fantastic feats into real life we create something on another plain, a flavor of life that is both fun and fantastical. Flife. The town goes about its business until a stranger appears from our reality. Someone who isn’t used to Flife and is not impressed by it. Slowly his presence begins to upset the way things work around town, as he forces them to change their ways instead of just passing through.
